Brush Creek Parents

Important Dates

All meetings and enrichment sessions for the Brush Creek Ranch program are mandatory, and students with unexcused absences will not be able to continue as part of the program.

Family Orientations

There are two mandatory Family Orientation sessions, one in January and one in May. Three dates will be offered in both months, and students and families are required to attend one of those.

At the Family Orientation #1, we will go over general program details: introduce the Lead Teachers and Chaperones, review the program and important dates, outline the general itinerary, answer any questions, and complete necessary forms.

At Family Orientation #2, we will go over trip and travel details: review transportation plans and packing, expectations for communication while students are away, and learn about the daily camp activities.
