If you have a Saturday morning to give you can make a difference.  The Big Shoulders Fund and the Auxiliary Board host Saturday morning service days every other month.  These events are held from 9am till noon at different schools around the city of Chicago. We always extend invitations for our bi-monthly service days to alumni groups, sharing parishes, companies and other clubs.  The more volunteers we can get out into the schools, the larger the impact we can make in our 93 schools and on students lives.

Participants have the opportunity to help out in a variety of ways from cleaning, painting, organizing, landscaping and more.  It is amazing what a group of motivated individuals can accomplish in a morning. Plus, it is a great way to meet new people, see our schools and learn more about how the Big Shoulders Fund is helping the inner-city Chicago Catholic schools to thrive and prosper.
